We've been dealing with questions from the congregation and in this passage Jesus reminds us that what we have in the Bible is not only the best source of answers for our many questions but also a foundation for life that can keep us strong and enable us to weather the storms of life.
I think you will see here that while what Jesus teaches us is encouraging because it tells us there is a source of truth that is like a rock that you can build your life on. But it is also challenging because have to actually build your life on it.
