Campus Outreach Florida (COF) began in 2000 as an expansion of the Campus Outreach Birmingham ministry. The staff saw an incredible spiritual need on campuses in the Florida area, making this step an obvious choice. At the heart of the decision to begin this ministry is the desire to glorify God by building laborers on the campus to reach the lost world. COF is currently working with Christ Community Church to reach students in Florida. Currently, COF has ministries on the Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, and our goal is to expand to nine other campuses. From St. Petersburg to Daytona, the staff is trusting God to raise up the laborers on college campuses who will have a world-wide impact for Christ.
